Operation Breakthrough is a Early Head Start/Head Start Agency (Birth through 5). It is a national program that promotes school readiness by enhancing the social and cognitive development of children through the provision of educational, health, nutritional, social and other services to enrolled children and families.

The Missouri Children's Trust Fund

The Missouri Children's Trust Fund supports Operation Breakthrough. Help prevent child abuse by displaying the official Children's Trust Fund license plate on your vehicle.

COMBAT

Operation Breakthrough is a Jackson County COMBAT provider. COMBAT distributes funds to agencies that provide drug prevention and treatment services, helping to make our communities safer places in which to live.

The Women's Foundation of Greater Kansas City

The Girls Grant Project of the Rachel Alexandra Fund is supporting programming to increase financial literacy and therapeutic interventions for the Center's tween & teen girls.
