Operation Breakthrough's goal is to raise funds for the benefit of the children and families it serves in a manner consistent with its Mission and Values:

Our mission is to help children who are living in poverty develop to their fullest potential by providing them a safe, loving, and educational environment. The center also strives to support and empower the children's families through advocacy, referral services and emergency aid.

We are very grateful to those who are willing to support our work by helping us raise funds and other resources. This policy explains how Operation Breakthrough will affiliate with fundraising activities, how its name and logo may be used, and how these activities may involve its employees, donors, and the people it serves.

Generally, Operation Breakthrough requires that proposals be submitted in writing at least 30 days prior to the event, on the attached form. Proposals will be reviewed and determinations made by a panel of staff and members of Operation Breakthrough's board of directors.
